Big Spring ISD to utilize "Bad Weather Days" to Make-Up Lost Minutes of School

Announcement concerning missed school days due to bad weather conditions: Big Spring ISD builds in "bad weather" days to their school calendar each year in case we have situations arise like those that happened this week. Since we have missed school days due to the inclement weather this week, BSISD will be using it's "bad weather" days to make up for the lost minutes of school. BSISD will now be having school on February 16 (Monday) and April 6 (Monday) all across the district. These days were originally set aside as "bad weather" days and would essentially be days that we had no school. We wanted to let everyone know far in advance that we will indeed be having school on February 16 and April 6 due to the days missed this week.
