STAAR Family Portal Log-in Instructions

1. Navigate to https://www.texasassessment.gov/
2. If you know your child's 6-Character Unique Code, enter it and your child's date of birth here and click Sign On.
3. If you do not know your child's 6-Character Unique Code, select Lookup unique access code? in the More Login Information section at bottom.
4. Enter your child's LEGAL first name and SSN, or TSDS ID, and birthdate, then click Go in the circle to the right.
5. You will now be back on the STAAR Family Portal Login screen with your student's Unique Access Code and birthdate prefilled in the fields. Click Go to login to the STAAR Family Portal.
6. You will now see your STAAR Family Portal homescreen with your student's testing history.

STAAR Report Card Information
Each year, the Texas Education Agency publishes a STAAR Report Card for students who were administered STAAR. The STAAR Report Card, formerly known as the Confidential Student Report (CSR), was updated last year to improve communication and transparency with educators and families.
To access the accompanying website where parents can log in to learn more about the STAAR Report Card, visit TexasAssessment.gov.
