Ms. Kristin Tubb grew up in West Texas and graduated from Borden County High School in 1992.  Her path to education includes Howard College, Texas State University, Sul Ross State University, and Lamar University. Along with a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Kristin has completed a Master's Degree in Counseling and a Principal Certification.  She has spent more than half of her career in education at Big Spring ISD.  Both of Kristin’s children have attended Big Spring ISD.

My name is Carolynn Botts. I was born and raised in Ira, Texas. I have two older brothers. My husband, Billy, and I have one child, BJ. Our son and daughter-in-law, Lacy, have blessed us with one grandchild, Cooper. I graduated from Angelo State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction, a counseling certificate, a principal certificate from Lamar University.  In my spare time, I drive a dirt track race car or go fishing with my husband.
