Big Spring ISD, provides all students a guaranteed and viable curriculum as defined by state standards. Big Spring aligns its basic classroom instruction to the TEKS Resource System and requires all teachers to follow an aligned scope and sequence. Daily PLC’s for core subjects throughout the district are scheduled within the school day to ensure teachers meet regularly with each other as well as campus and district leadership in order to plan, monitor, and adjust each classroom’s needed instruction.
