 All of the colored folders should be kept and maintained in the student's cumulative folder. All student educational records should be kept strictly confidential and only made available to Big Spring Independent School District employees who have a legitimate educational interest in the child's education. All student records are protected by the Family Educational Rights Privacy Act Regulations (FERPA).
