Mission Statement

The Bauer Elementary staff commits to exemplary education in order to meet the needs of a changing society. Each child will have success academically, socially, and emotionally regardless of race, creed, or color.  This success will be made possible through high expectations incorporated in the following philosophy:  every child can learn, and we are the educators to accomplish this exciting task.  Academic skills are the top priority on our campus.  High quality instruction for our students is essential to meet their needs on an equity basis.  Each staff member willingly accepts responsibility for accountability for each child's mastery of basic skills as well as higher level thinking skills.
